About StradVision: Founded in 2014 in Korea, StradVision provides accurate camera-based perception on lean 
automotive embedded hardware. StradVision has won a number of production programs to supply our camera-
based perception software for automotive OEMs in Germany and China. Also, StradVision’s ADAS software
(pedestrian, vehicle detection and collision warning) has been released in the market via after-market companies 
and is currently available in six countries including Mexico and Israel. StradVision has 110 employees including 
55+ engineers (8 Ph.D, 21 Masters in computer vision, AI, and embedded system) from Intel, Samsung, TI,

[담당업무]
- Location: Munich, Germany
 - (Preferred) Trouble shooting for ADAS related technical issues with judgement on root-causes.
- Validating the system’s algorithmic performance.
 - Provide technical solutions & support for SV products through tight collaboration with automotive customers and HQ engineers.
 - Preparation and delivery of technical training/presentations to the customers

[담당업무]
This position is required to engage Japanese customers with StradVision’s technology and products so as to create business development opportunities, mainly focused on ADAS and Autonomous Driving field
 
• Develop high level strategic relationships with customer(Tier-1 and the OEM) contacts in engineering, purchasing, and executive levels (or in Autonomous or mobility business field)
• Stay abreast of (Autonomous or mobility) industry and market trends and understand customer needs
• Build and maintain key relationships with the Tier-1 and the OEM level with all functional departments, including executive level - Director/VP
• Responsible to develop a 5-10 year strategic growth plan for customer base
 
 [자격요건]
• Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications
• 5-10 years of technical automotive sales experience with OEM customers
• Proven sales track record selling custom solutions identifying customer needs and building strong customer relationships
• Must be a strategic thinker and able to develop strategic growth plans for customer base
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship between organization and our customer's purchasing, supplier quality, engineering and manufacturing locations.
• Generate new business opportunities leading to design wins with StradVision’s products at both existing and new accounts.
• Manage pricing and purchase agreements at assigned customer accounts.
• Project manage customer issues requiring support including engineering, quality and logistics issues.
• Identify and support new business opportunities for new product development.
 
 Skills & Experiences :
 - Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
 - High energy, teamwork, and passion for development of team members
 - Five+ years' experience in an (Autonomous or Mobility related) industry
 
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing
 Language: Native level of Japanese and Business level of English, Business level of Korean preferred
